Aquasail, India’s premier boating company has introduced a new program of Corporate Sailing called Sailience, which is an interactive and highly participative program, where employees get to experience the exhilaration of hands-on sailing, while learning team work, adaptability and focus. Sailience has a strong team building focus for employees and is a perfect platform to build relationships, to understand leadership styles, evaluate decision-making skills and develop team spirit.

The corporate yacht program uses 25 footer Beneteau sailing yachts as a platform for team building. These yachts are specially designed for training and corporate events.

The Aquasail team consists of a team of internationally trained skippers led by Ben Tye, a Royal Yachting Association Principal Certified Instructor from the UK.
