About Aquasail

Aquasail’s vision is to promote the growth of a vibrant and healthy leisure boating industry in India. We wish to achieve this by providing the right kind of products and solutions to make leisure-boating an accessible activity, in a safe and responsible manner.

Aquasail has invested in a range of relevant boats, equipment, locations and in people and a highly qualified team and has designed products and solutions to ensure that we are able to provide a world class sailing and leisure boating experience.

Aquasail sells boats (Distribution Business) and also leverages the strong core competencies it has developed for training and leisure products for both the retail and the corporate customer.

For all the below listed positions, following are a prerequisite:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office - Word, Excel etc. is a pre requisite for the job and the candidate should have high proficiency in computers, written and verbal communication and presentation skills and great at negotiation

1. Social Media Marketing


Location: Mumbai
Experience: 2-6 years

Function: Social Media Marketing

Key Resonsibilities:

  • Execute the social media strategy (pre and post sales)
  • Build communities, create reviews, generate leads & sales through SM marketing
  • Create content and build visibility for webinars on social media
  • Support online & offline collateral creation
  • Support the PR effort of the organisation and add / invite / connect with those who sailed



  • Core Functional Skills: SEO, creative writing, content creation, Social Media marketing, editing and creating videos and images, managing image library
  • Behavioural Skills: Impactful written & verbal communication, collaboration, learning agility, result orientation and execution
  • Attributes: Accountable, diligent, extrovert, self-motivated, experimentative
  • Other: MS Office, tech-savvy (proficient in using different tech platforms)
  • Value adds: CRM, proposal writing, data management, calling, inter-personal skills, Photoshop, Adobe

Preferred Industry: Media, Hotels, Online Travel, Sports, Entertainment

Ideal Candidate: Someone who has previously been a part of a Social Media Marketing team and familiar with content creation/social media campaigns.



2. Online Partnerships and Alliances


Location: Mumbai
Experience: 3-7 years

Function: Engage with online booking / holiday / ticketing / planning platforms

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build win-win partnerships with travel-hospitality online portals such as BookMyShow, MakeMyTrip, ClearTrip, Viator, Tripxoxo among others
  • Generate sales on a predefined target from the online alliances forged.
  • Generate revenue and deliver on targets with holiday offers, discounts, contests, packages, camps etc; negotiate on commission, ensure visibility and traction
  • Execute the sales and marketing strategy of the company by giving a personalised experience / generating new retail leads thereby widening the customer base of the company
  • Update and manage the system, ensure online queries are responded to, no double bookings, blocking on days sails are booked, payment portal functionality; follow-up with customer bookings


  • Core skills: Sales, negotiation, agility to curate company & client requirements, listing
  • Behavioural skills: Communication(Verbal and Written), Presentation, Interpersonal Skills, Networking, Learning agility
  • Other: Alliances, CRM, MS Office, Communication, content management, tech-savvy
  • Attributes: Accountable, diligent, extrovert, people oriented, ability to deal with stress
  • Preferred Industry: Hospitality (Hotels, Travel, Airlines), Marketing, Sports

Preferred Company: MMT, Clear Trip, BookMyShow, Thillophilia, Swiggy, Zomato, Magicpin etc.

Ideal Candidate: Someone who has worked in forging alliances with online portals and capable of negotiating on price, other requirements and maintaining a relationship with them



3. Management Executive Assisting - Founder Director


Location: Mumbai
Experience: 2-5 years

Function: Executive Assistant to the Director – Sales

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Director in sales & execution to achieve the overall business objectives
  • Provide support on managing the sales pipeline, organize high level meetings, ensure follow-ups, send & follow-up on proposals, assist in closing deals and in the marketing strategy and execution by coordination, follow-up and executing directly
  • Working on all aspects of business requirements including CRM, sales support, vendor management, office management, travel, sales support, maintaining records/ filing, data management, marketing collaterals and ensuring revenue targets are met
  • Create presentations for all webinars and host them as and when required



  • Core skills: Sales, presentation, proposal writing, stakeholder management
  • Behavioural skills: Written & verbal communication, planning & organizing, multitasking
  • Other: MS Office, CRM, vendor management, office management
  • Attributes: Hard working, accountable, able to work under pressure, resilient, resourceful
  • MBA will be given preference

Preferred Industry: Sales, Hospitality

Ideal Candidate: Someone who has been in a similar role before and has 3 years of sales and marketing experience. MBA and someone with a good academic background will be given preference.
