Learn to Power Boat

Powerboating is fun, fast and enjoyable but can be dangerous so it’s important to learn the basics to make sure time on the water is enjoyable. Courses are taught by Instructors with many years teaching experience all over the world.  Each course has a maximum of three students to maximize your learning. Aquasail will provide everyone with certified lifejackets and our boats are equipped to international standards.

Our introduction to Powerboating takes place from Gateway of India onboard our Beneteau 650 flyer 150HP Suzuki outboard. The course covers basic operation of the boat so you can drive a boat in moderate conditions during the day. The basic course is six hours spread over two sessions. The minimum age is 16.

Introduction to Powerboating

Not sure if Powerboating is for you or you do not have a lot of time. No problem, try our one hour introduction to Powerboating. Our boats are kept at Gateway so we could not be more centrally located. Spend an hour experience driving the boat and meeting our highly experienced team.

Refresher Courses

Already own a boat or know how to sail? We can tailor make a course to suit you. You may want to brush up on your parking skills, navigation, anchoring or learn how to use GPS. Contact the office and our highly trained team will meet your training requirements.
