At this unique event, Aquasail teaches all the attendees the basics of sailing and actually gives everyone a change to do hands on sailing – Hold the tiller, turn the boat (Jibe, Tack). The whole group is then split into smaller groups and 3-4 teams enter the yachts and race.
Through it all they get to “network” and “bond” like never before. They learn that you “can’t control the wind but you can adjust your sails” – which is a great leadership and entrepreneurial skill. They learn to work together as a team. They learn strategy. They learn co-creation.
