Corporate Sales
Responsible for generating revenues from Corporate Clients for products that include team building and leadership programs, networking and MICE events and more

Retail Sales
Complete responsibility towards generating revenues for the retail business requiring the ability to sell to HNIs and exceptionally discerning individuals through online and off line marketing

Experience: 3-6 years

Events & Sponsorships
Responsible for creating high powered event and sponsorship platforms and generating sponsorship revenues for the short and longer term through structured property and title creation

Channel Management
The channel strategy is key to Aquasail’s growth and you will be responsible for building a strong and robust channel partner base which will deliver sales revenue and reach out to a larger base of customers

Online Partnerships
Build win-win partnerships with travel-hospitality online portals such as BookMyShow, MakeMyTrip, ClearTrip, Viator, Tripxoxo among others. Generate sales on a predefined target from the online alliances forged

Experience: 3-6 years

PR/Media & Content Manager
Will be responsible for building awareness for Aquasail through active and responsive PR and media management. Actively build Aquasail as a brand through social and online marketing – generating leads in the process

Onsite Retail Sales
Completely responsible for the retail revenue from within Grand Hyatt, Goa. Develop a team for on-site sales – ensure they are accountable for daily sales, lead generation and closures.

Experience: 3-6 years
Location: Goa
Business Development
Channel Sales with some corporate sales and alliances. Generate business from travel agents, event management companies, Hotels, Schools, Tie-ups, Restaurants, Taxis, Partners.

Social Media Marketing
Write compelling content, build communities, create reviews & generate leads & sales through SM marketing Execute the social media strategy for pre and post-sales experience.

Partner Sales
Engage with hotels, travel agencies and others in the hospitality / travel industry –generate leads and maintain relationships. Generate revenue by executing the sales and marketing strategy of the company, create custom pricing and packages.

Across different verticals, in addition to key skills related to the job profile, we are looking for people with the following prerequisites –
- Proficient in MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc. The candidate should be tech-savvy, possess strong written and verbal communication, presentation skills and great negotiation skills
- A person who displays proactiveness, takes initiative, is resourceful and has the ability to innovate
