1. Bookings to be made at least 7 days in advance by paying the entire amount in cash / cheque / demand draft / bank transfer.
2. All payment and bookings will be subject to prior booking, availability of boats, and Aquasail’s confirmation in writing.
3. Aquasail’s safety procedures and requirements must be adhered to.

6. Force Majeure / Acts of God: Aquasail reserves the right to sail on the particular day depending on the wind conditions. Inabilities based on circumstances beyond the control and power of contracting parties such as acts of God, civil commotion, riots, war, etc. In case of any statutory requirement like the jetty being closed or the area cordoned off; if however the sail is cancelled due to rough weather conditions, security restrictions or statutory requirements there would be cancellation / reschedule charges levied.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• The customer can cancel or alter his/her booking up to 24 hours in advance of the date of experience and no amount will be deducted.
• However, any change or cancellation within 24 hours of the experience redemption, the booking fees will be forfeited.
• This booking fee will be remitted to the merchant outlet within 5 days.

Blackout Dates

• Blackout dates include 15th May to 4th October (monsoon season).
• Other blackout dates shall be communicated by the merchant partner via email 7 days in advance.

Safety Conditions

• All customers are required to wear a buoyancy aid provided by Aquasail and it must be worn at all times on water.
• All customers are required to fill the disclaimer / medical form before going on the water.
